SPETSES VILLA

A summer house on the island of Spetses will become the ideal getaway for an Athenian family. In a historic island with such strong architectural identity, our studio faces the challenge of balancing tradition and the client’s modern needs; balance betweem history and contemporary design.  

The villa comprises of a living area, kitchen and dining area, master bedroom and two guestrooms spanning two floors. Our vision is to create a house with a timeless character that combines past and future, natural materials, minimal elements and bold colors in details.
